I’m happy to announce that it’s now possible to order prints and license images from me.
You can click here to go to my gallery section to browse the images available commercially.
The collection will be growing in the coming weeks as I find time to add to it.
You can also visit my Alamy collection to license images through them if you prefer.

Once more out onto the street to fill the brief for this week!
Here’s “People”, an older couple shopping with a bag full of feel good.
The half-hidden lady is looking at the face on the t-shirt watching the couple go by…

After visiting Criccieth beach, we drove through Porthmadog and into Prenteg.
If you hang a left there you can get onto the old gated road that fortunately now has cattle grids to replace the twenty-odd gates that used to be there!
The views are stunning most of the way along this road and we were blessed with more amazing sunshine to light the afternoon.
We stopped at an abandoned cottage that Caryl has had here eye on for years.
It will be good to visit the area again, perhaps in the early hours of a Summer day to see how the light looks later in the year!

We just spent a lovely relaxing weekend with our good friends in North Wales.
The main purpose of the weekend was to scatter some of Pepper’s ashes on the beaches she loved so much, but I was able to photograph some of the scenery while we were down there.
This is the beach at Criccieth. You can click on the small images for a larger view as usual…
There are more images from the weekend to follow shortly.

I’ve been reading up on how some of the great street photographers developed their craft and ply their trade on the streets.
One guy, Bruce Gilden stands out for his amazing work. He’s a certified loon for putting himself in the situations he does, but there’s no argument that he gets amazing results and is one of Magnum Photos’ darlings for a reason!
For this week’s challenge I thought about the present being in the here and now, an idea reinforced last night when our yoga teacher Janice was talking about the hero pose being possible in the past, present and future.
I had to find something transient to photograph, and these English Oak leaves fitted the bill nicely, halfway between what has been and what will become.
This is the image I submitted to the forum challenge. You can click it to enlarge it.
